Shopping in our eShop is easy. The drop menu on the left side is organized according to the types and the product category.


You can shop on the web site as a registered user. This gives you the following advantages:

On the eshop.posta.ba homepage click on "Registration" and enter your personal information. If you entered the correct information, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. By using your email address and password, you can access your account and your information at any time. If you have already registered, click on the 'Sign In' button and enter your user email and password.

As a buyer you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account - usernames, passwords and other personal information - as well as access rights to your computer. You accept liability for all activities undertaken by use of your user name and password.


Cart / purchase

You buy by clicking the "Add" button, which adds the desired item to your cart. You can complete your purchase by clicking the "Complete order" button. Following steps will guide you through the billing and shipping process. After entering your information and choosing the payment method, you can end your order by clicking on the "Submit Order" button. At your email address you will receive a certificate of purchase, and you will be able to check the content and purchase status at any time in your report by selecting '' Orders '' under the 'Welcome' menu at the top right of the screen. Please keep the email you received since you can be requested to provide information from the message. If you do not receive this email, please email us at postshop@posta.ba so we could find and confirm your order.

How secure is online payment?

You are safe while purchasing on the web site www.eshop.posta.ba. The secrecy of your information is protected and secured. The data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access when used, and the transfer of information when communicating between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa is secured.


How much is postage?

The postage is added to the order at the product ordering stage and is displayed in the "Delivery" item, and must be indicated before the order is completed.

How do I know if the desired product is in stock?

You can find out about the stock status information on the postshop.posta.ba web site above the article title where it will say "Availability: on status" or "Availability: not available".


What if I am not at the address at the time of delivery? (B&H)

The courier will leave you a notice of attempted delivery. The notice will indicate the address and the time and time in which you can pick up your shipment. The pickup deadline starts the next day from the date of the notification.


Can I track my order?

You can easily track your order status in your "Orders" profile. Enter your profile and click the "Order" link to check the status of your order.
Also, after your shipment has been sent, you will receive a notification with the shipment ID number in your mail containing a link where you can check the status of your shipment.


What is the purchase procedure on our website?


Step 1 - Fill your cart

Choose your desired item and quantity and confirm your choice by clicking "Add". If you'd like to continue browsing the products and add new ones to your cart, click "Continue Shopping". If you have finished shopping, choose "Your basket" and "Complete order". Here you must provide the contact information that we need to confirm your order and delivery. If you are a new customer, fill in all the required fields in the "Registration" form, and if you are already a registered customer, only enter the password. By clicking "Register" you confirm the accuracy of the entered data.

Step 2 – Delivery Address

Choose the delivery address you previously entered when registering or enter a new address.
The next step will guide you to your payment method. In this step, you get additional information about the payment method. You can choose:

- direct payment

- payment with various credit cards (PikPay)

- online payment via PayPal account

Step 5 - Send your order.

If the order is successfully completed, you will see on the screen all the order information and status of the order. You will receive a message with your order detail in your email. If you have subsequently found any irregularities during the purchase, simply call our telephone number: 033 252 708 (Mon - Fri 8 am to 4 pm).


I ordered the product, but did not receive an email confirmation

 In case you have completed the order but have not received email confirmation, the order is most probably not complete or you have made a mistake when entering your email address. For all information call us at: 033 252 708 (Mon - Fri 8 am to 4 pm) or contact us by email eshop@posta.ba.


What if the shipped item was damaged?

You must review the delivered product on delivery and check for any visible damage to the packaging or the products in the package. In the event of such damages or disadvantages, please do not accept the shipment and call us at 033 252 708 (Mon - Fri 8 am to 4 pm) or contact eshop@posta.ba by e-mail.
